How can I pay my water bill?

When is my water bill due?

The 20th of each month.

When is my water bill past due?

After the 20th of each month.

Is there a penalty for a past due bill?

Yes, $10 will be assessed for payments received after the 20th of each month.

Are payment extensions available?

If a customer does not have sufficient funds to pay the bill in full, VUWCO may offer an extension.

If you need a payment extension, you will need to call or stop by the office.  VUWCO will evaluate the circumstances for granting an extension.  You will then need to make your payment by the extended date.

If payment is not made in accordance with the extension, service is subject to disconnection.

How do I report a water leak?

For non-billing water related Emergencies during business hours, please call the office at 623-935-1100.  Business hours are 8:00 - 11:30 A.M. and 12:30 – 4:00 P.M. Tuesday thru Friday.

If your emergency is outside business hours, please call our emergency pager at 602-201-4430.  Follow the prompts by entering the telephone number that you can be reached at and a technician will return your call.

If I have a water leak, can I turn the water off at the water meter?

No.  If damage is done by a customer, all costs for repairs will be charged to the customer and this can be very expensive.  Please call the office for assistance (there will be a charge for an after hours service call).
