Apply for Services

Follow these steps to apply for water services:

  1. Please call our office at (623) 935-1100 to determine if the service address is in VUWCO’s area of service and to obtain the amount of the Security Deposit, Establishment Fee and any other applicable initial service fees.

Payment by Mail

You can mail a check or money order to our office at:

Payment Drop Box

You may pay your initial service fees using our payment drop box.  The white drive-up drop box is located in front of Suite 104 in the parking lot at our office complex and is available 24/7.  We accept only check or money orders in the drop box.  No cash please.  Please be sure to use an envelope and include your name and service address to ensure accurate processing of your payment.

Online Payment Authorization

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and eCheck by completing this Online Payment Authorization Form.  For residential customers, there is an additional $3.25 convenience fee per each credit card payment with a maximum of $750 per transaction. The convenience fee for commercial customers is an additional 3% of the payment amount with a maximum of $15,000 per transaction. There are no convenience fees for eCheck payments by any customer but there is a maximum transaction amount of $1,000.

Payment at Office

You may pay your initial service fees in person at our office during regular business hours. We accept cash, check, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  When paying via credit/debit cards, for residential customers, there is an additional $3.25 convenience fee per each credit card payment with a maximum of $750 per transaction. The convenience fee for commercial customers is an additional 3% of the payment amount with a maximum of $15,000 per transaction.

4. Return the completed Service Agreement Form to our office via mail (see mailing address above), via email (customerservice@hearthstonecompany.com), or via fax at (623) 935-7321 .  If you are paying your initial service fees online, please also return a completed Online Payment Authorization Form.  Upon receipt of the completed Service Agreement Form  and payment of initial service fees, service will be established within five business days.
